The day starts at Dá Bungalow, and runs in this order.

National Chambal Sanctuary
2 hoursTake a boat ride on the Chambal River to observe the endangered gharial, Gangetic dolphins, and other wildlife in their natural habitat. The sanctuary is also a prime spot for birdwatching. With over 300 bird species, the most common are the kingfishers and Indian Skimmers.

Machkund
1 hourMachkund (named after Raja Machkund), features a large tank surrounded by ancient temples, each with intricate carvings and sculptures.

Talab-e-Shahi
20 minutesA picturesque lake with a historical background. The Shahi Talab Palace nearby, though partially in ruins, offers a glimpse into the Mughal era The lush greenery makes it an ideal sport for relaxing morning walks.

Early morning or late afternoon, especially in summer, to avoid the heat.
